We are called in when large companies are trying to implement a strategy that involves major changes in their IT setup. You as a consultant will be asked to identify the issues, and come up with options and innovative solutions. So far, this is not unlike other consulting companies. What is different is our highly motivated, unconventional, and intelligent workforce.
Innovation is an important part of Acrea. You will take part in many brainstorming sessions, creative jogging, or mind-broadening meetings on a sailboat.
We seek quality in everything we do – which doesn’t mean we don’t have a life after business. We are cruising the oceans, developing a new website for a charity that builds schools in Africa, hiking the Alps, and enjoying various other sports and activities throughout the year.
