Platform for external asset managers – MVP concept in three months
Challenge: a new digital platform for external asset managers needs to efficiently cover all existing and future requirements, including regulations.
Initial situation
Efficiency is key for external asset managers; however, at the same time, the amount of regulatory paperwork required continues to increase. The Head of the External Asset Management Department of a private bank wants to launch a platform to tackle this issue.
Solution
Acrea demonstrated how these requirements can be met using digital technologies. We defined how the required platform functionality and the corresponding solution modules should look. The evaluation of qualified partners who would be suitable for implementing this vision was completed in six months.
Result
After an extremely rapid project phase of just three months, the client received the definition of a minimum viable product (MVP), a business case and a suitable partner for implementation.
